Both companies are run by a husband and wife team Mark and Joanne Dunn.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mark is a joiner to trade with over 30 years of experience. Having run his own joinery business for 6 years and worked as a Contracts Manager for a building company for 8 years, Mark decided to combine his technical and project management skills to create ETD Renovations and Property Development Limited. The company specialises in domestic renovations and property development for both the rental and resale markets throughout Scotland.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With a background in Environmental Science and Waste and Resource Management, Joanne has since developed ETD Consultancy Limited to provide Energy Performance Certificates and Legionella Risk Assessments for domestic After being impressed with the portfolio of previous work from the company we opted to choose ETD for the work of fixing this issue plus re flooring the entire lower level of our house. We went for LVT and the lower level of the house has now been transformed and the flooring now fully waterproof. The company was very pleasant to deal with, the work performed to a very high standard and at an impressive speed too.
