Welcome to ETD Properties
ETD Properties is a partnership of two sister companies, ETD Renovations and Property Development Limited and ETD Consultancy Limited. Both companies are run by a husband and wife team Mark and Joanne Dunn.
Mark is a joiner to trade with over 30 years of experience. Having run his own joinery business for 6 years and worked as a Contracts Manager for a building company for 8 years, Mark decided to combine his technical and project management skills to create ETD Renovations and Property Development Limited. The company specialises in domestic renovations and property development for both the rental and resale markets throughout Scotland.
With a background in Environmental Science and Waste and Resource Management, Joanne has since developed ETD Consultancy Limited to provide Energy Performance Certificates and Legionella Risk Assessments for domestic properties throughout The Central Belt.

We had an issue under our sink in the kitchen which caused serious damage to the floorboards around a fairly large area. After being impressed with the portfolio of previous work from the company we opted to choose ETD for the work of fixing this issue plus re flooring the entire lower level of our house. We went for LVT and the lower level of the house has now been transformed and the flooring now fully waterproof. The company was very pleasant to deal with, the work performed to a very high standard and at an impressive speed too. We’ll definitely use ETD again in future and highly recommend them.

All workmen were tidy workers and friendly .They listened to all my queries and Instructions. Job completed within specified time agreed. Quick turnaround from start to completion. New walk in shower with rainfall showerhead plus diverter , flooring ,wet wall boards and ceiling . Pleasure to use now.
Mark & the team came and renovated my house, from advice and guidance about everything, they were fantastic. I had 2 bathrooms completed, a new kitchen, all electrics and heating updated, new windows and the garage/utility room/kitchen opened up to create a beautiful kitchen living area. I am thrilled with the work and have asked the team back to do more work on the house. Thanks to Joanne also, for help with kitchen, tiles and bathroom choices.
