Mark Dunn
Director/Senior Joiner
Mark has nearly 30 years experience in carpentry and joinery. He started his career with an apprenticeship manufacturing and erecting kit houses with Moore and Mulheron Contracts Ltd and gained 7 years experience shopfitting with Vertex RAS, one of the leading refrigeration and shopfitting companies in Scotland, before working for Everest fitting UPVC windows and doors.
After running his own joinery business for 6 years and working as a contracts manager for a building company for 8 years, Mark decided to combine his technical and project management skills to establish ETD Renovations and Property Development Ltd.
In addition to joinery work, Mark is responsible for all pricing, procurement and invoicing, contracts management, business administration and finance.

Darren Russell
Joiner
Darren has nearly 15 years joinery experience having previous worked with Hutton and Reed, a joinery manufacturers for 6 years and a building company for 4 years before joining ETD Renovations and Property Development Ltd. Darren is also a certified Cedral panel installer and a Howdens Joinery approved kitchen fitter. His duties include kitchen and bathroom fitting, wood, laminate and LVT floor installation, UPVC window and door installation and internal and external joinery.
Joanne Dunn
Director/Assessor
Joanne has worked within the environmental and wastes sectors for nearly 20 years and holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science, MSc in Wastes and Renewable Technologies and is a Chartered Manager with The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management.
After qualifying with an ABBE Level 3 Certification in Domestic Energy Assessment and Legionella Risk Assessor Legionella Control for Property Management, Joanne established ETD Consultancy Ltd to provide Energy Performance Certificates and Legionella Risk Assessments.
In addition to completing assessments, Joanne’s remit also includes all social media and marketing, communications, administration and business development for both ETD Consultancy Ltd and ETD Renovations and property Development Ltd.
