ETD Renovations and Property Development Limited is a family run business, which covers the whole of Scotland, and specialises in domestic renovations and the development of properties for both the rental and resale markets.
Some of the commercial work we have undertaken includes: Cedral panel installation for Angus Council, construction work for Edinburgh Sash and Case, maintenance for letting agents and remediation work for insurance claims.
We pride ourselves on professional workmanship and quality materials. All of our custom has been referred to us personally by previous clients, many of whom are repeat clients, which is testimony to our customer service.
Our team can take care of everything from quotes, design, procuring materials, installation and sourcing addition trades. This free project management service means:

We had an issue under our sink in the kitchen which caused serious damage to the floorboards around a fairly large area. After being impressed with the portfolio of previous work from the company we opted to choose ETD for the work of fixing this issue plus re flooring the entire lower level of our house. We went for LVT and the lower level of the house has now been transformed and the flooring now fully waterproof. The company was very pleasant to deal with, the work performed to a very high standard and at an impressive speed too. We’ll definitely use ETD again in future and highly recommend them.

Mark & the team came and renovated my house, from advice and guidance about everything, they were fantastic.
